Arctic Monkeys, lo show di Londra di ieri sera. Così anche a Bologna?
Gli Arctic Monkeys si sono esibiti ieri sera alla "storica" Roundhouse di Londra nel quadro dell'iTunes festival. Grande spazio -sette brani- è stato dato al loro recente album "Suck it and see"; se la scaletta della serata non dovesse subire grandi variazioni nel corso delle prossime settimane, periodo in cui la band di Sheffield sarà molto impegnata sul circuito live, ci sono buone possibilità che la stessa possa costituire
la base per l'esibizione all'I-Day Festival di Bologna del prossimo 3 settembre.
Da "Suck it and see" la formazione di Alex Turner ha proposto "Brick by brick", che è stato il primo estratto postato online, il nuovo singolo "Don't sit down 'cause I've moved your chair",.
"The hellcat spangled shalalala", "Suck it and see", "All my own stunts", "Library pictures" e "She's thunderstorms". Da "Humbug", l'album dei Monkeys che ha ricevuto il maggior numero di critiche, è stata proposta la sola "Pretty visitors"; il resto è stato selezionato dal primo lavoro "Whatever people say I am, that's what I'm not" del 2006 e dal successivo "Favourite worst nightmare" del 2007. Secondo giornalisti locali, i pezzi proposti ieri sera sono stati:

Domani sera i Monkeys si esibiranno presso il grande festival scozzese "T In The Park"
