Il regalo di Springsteen ai fan: esce Live From Asbury Park 2024
Dopo "Streets of Minneapolis", la canzone di protesta pubblicata a sorpresa la scorsa settimana, con un duro attacco al presidente degli Stati Uniti Donald Trump e all'ICE, Bruce Springsteen fa un altro regalo ai suoi fan. Il Boss ha annunciato l'uscita di "Live from Asbury Park 2024", disco dal vivo contenente la registrazione della storica esibizione del rocker nella sua città natale, il 15 settembre 2024. L'album uscirà il 18 aprile 2026 in esclusiva per il Record Store Day, la giornata che celebra i negozi indipendenti di musica.
L'album live promette di catturare l'esibizione, lunga tre ore, tenuta due anni fa da Bruce Springsteen sul palco del festival Sea.Hear.Now di Asbury Park. Sarà disponibile in versione 5 LP e 3 CD. Nella tracklist, classici come "Thunder Road" e "Dancing in the Dark", oltre brani come "Blinded By the Light" e "Growin' Up". Già una settimana dopo lo show il Boss aveva pubblicato l'album in cd e streaming attraverso la piattaforma Nugs.net. Ora il disco esce anche ufficialmente.
