Spandau Ballet: esce il box “40 Years – The Greatest Hits”

Nell'ottobre di quaranta anni fa gli Spandau Ballet firmarono il loro primo contratto discografico e nel giro di un mese pubblicarono il primo singolo “To Cut A Long Story Short”. Il prossimo 27 novembre verrà pubblicato il cofanetto celebrativo “40 Years – The Greatest Hits”. Il box da 3 CD include tutte le hit, le classiche versioni 12’’ e una versione inedita del capolavoro di Simon & Garfunkel “The Boxer”, registrata nel 1990 con il produttore, arrangiatore e compositore di colonne sonore, Michael Kamen.

Gli Spandau Ballet sono Gary Kemp (chitarre, tastiere, sintetizzatore, cheng e cori), John Keeble (batteria, drum programming e cori), Martin Kemp (basso e cori), Steve Norman (chitarre, sassofoni, percussioni e cori) e Tony Hadley (voce e sintetizzatore).
