Plan B, il musicista londinese che già aveva conquistato il primo posto, torna al numero 1 delle chart britanniche di questa settimana con "The defamation of Strickland Banks". "Raymond v Raymond" di Usher debutta al 2 mentre "Iron Man 2 OST" degli AC/DC, al vertice nella scorsa tornata, cala sulla terza piazza. Le altre nuove entrate della settimana in Top 10 sono "Glee the music: the power of Madonna" del Glee Cast al 4, "Fever" dei Bullet For My Valentine al 5 e l'omonimo dei Port Isaac's Fisherman's Friends al nove. Veramente curioso quest'ultimo disco: gli "amici del pescatore" sono dieci (veri) pescatori della Cornovaglia, ascoltati per caso dal dirigente di un'etichetta discografica in un pub. Per quanto riguarda i singoli, la nuova "sensation" Diana Vickers scende dal numero uno al quattro e fa posto sul trono a "Good times" del collettivo londinese di genere grime Roll Deep.
