Sono Rihanna e Taylor Swift le prime due artiste la cui esibizione è stata confermata alla prossima edizione dei Grammy Awards. La notizia è stata data attraverso la pagina Twitter dei premi stessi. "Psst! Volete sentire quale sia il primo giro di performer per i 55esimi #GRAMMYs?!", questo il messaggio . E poi l'aggiunta, con altri nomi di artisti: "I primi performer per i 55esimi #GRAMMYs! *rullo di tamburi* @theblackkeys @OurNameIsFun @MumfordAndSons @rihanna @taylorswift13." Le nomination agli "Oscar della musica" sono state annunciate il mese scorso da parte della National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. La serata di assegnazione dei riconoscimenti si svolgerà il prossimo 10 febbraio nel corso di una serata di gala che si terrà allo Staples Center di Los Angeles. Tra coloro i quali hanno raccolto il maggior numero di candidature - sei, in totale - sono stati i fun., in lizza nelle tre categorie di punta, "Record of the year", "Album of the year" e "Song of the year".
