I Testament hanno ripreso interamente in video il concerto che hanno tenuto il 15 febbraio al Paramount Theatre di Huntington, New York. Questo materiale sarà utilizzato per un dvd da 90 minuti previsto più avanti nel 2013 e pubblicato da Nuclear Blast.
"Non abbiamo fatto un dvd o un cd live dai temi di 'Live in London' [uscito nel 2005 - ndr] e nel frattempo abbiamo pubblicato due grandi album" ha commentato il cantante Chuck Billy. "Abbiamo pensato che sarebbe stato figo far uscire un dvd/cd incentrato sugli ultimi tre dischi ('The Gathering', 'The Formation Of Damnation' e 'Dark Roots Of Earth'), con anche qualche vecchio classico piazzato dentro. L'ultima volta che abbiamo inciso live in America è stato nella costa ovest per 'Live At The Fillmore' [uscito nel 1995 - ndr]; ora abbiamo deciso di dare alla costa est una chance di dimostrare al mondo quanto i fan possano essere pazzi e rumorosi laggiù".
