Si intitola “Genesis” il nuovo album di Busta Rhymes. L'album segna l'esordio del rapper per la J Records, (l'etichetta fondata da Clive Davis), ma anche una svolta stilistica: Busta ora si autodefinisce come “il Picasso del rap”. In “Genesis” sono presenti nomi illustri del panorama musicale, come Neptunes, Pete Rock, Diamond D, Dr Dre, Mary J. Blige, Jaheim, Rah Digga, Flip Mode Squad, P. Diddy, Kelis e Kokane.
Intanto, la Rhino Records ha pubblicato “The best of Busta Rhymes”, una raccolta di 18 canzoni tratte dai suoi album precedenti e dal periodo nei Leaders Of The New School. Ecco la tracklist:
