Secondo il sito ufficiale dei Megadeth, il nuovo album della band su Santuary Records includerà altri due titoli oltre a quei nove già registrati all’inizio del 2000, per un totale di circa dodici brani. Inclusa nella scaletta anche “Dread and the fugitive mind”, già apparsa sulla recente compilazione “The capitol punishment” (vedi News). L’edizione giapponese, come di consueto, conterrà una traccia in più. Ecco la tracklist dell’album, il cui titolo sarà rivelato al più presto:
