Eric Clapton ha annunciato l'organizzazione di un tour mondiale per la promozione del suo nuovo album "Clapton" che lo vedrà coinvolto dagli inizi di febbraio del 2011.
Il tour, infatti, debutterà il 14 febbraio al Singapore Indoor Stadium per poi spostarsi verso gli Stati Uniti e, infine, verso l'Europa e in particolare Londra dove terrà ben 10 concerti alla Royal Albert Hall. Per questa avventura il bluesman sarà accompagnato sul palco da Steve Gadd, Willie Weeks, Chris Stainton e dalle coristeMichelle John and Sharon White.
