Esce il 4 ottobre il live dei Clash

Come già anticipato, "From here to eternity" è il titolo dell'album live dei Clash, che uscirà il 4 ottobre, conterrà 17 brani e sarà pubblicato in Cd, minidisc, musicassetta e doppio vinile. Joe Strummer, Mick Jones e Paul Simonon hanno passato intere settimane ad ascoltare tutto il loro materiale live prima di selezionare i brani contenuti, che sono stati missati da Bill Price. Mick Jones ha seguito tutti i missaggi, mentre Paul Simonon ha creato la copertina ed il libretto contenuto nel packaging. Il singolo promo sarà "Complete control" (non ne è confermata l'uscita commerciale). E' in progetto anche un video. In concomitanza con l'uscita di “From here to eternity” verrà pubblicato anche tutto il retrocatalogo, rimasterizzato dal leggendario produttore Bill Price e con gli artwork originali ricreati per l'occasione. “The Clash - Westway to the world" sarà infine il titolo di un documentario sulla storia della band.
