Elvis Costello - ossia il cantautore e compositore britannico Declan Patrick MacManus - come annunciato a metà ottobre pubblicherà la propria autobiografia: si tratta del volume "Unfaithful music & disappearing", che consta di 352 pagine a base aneddoti riguardanti la carriera musicale e non dell'artista.
Giunge ora la notizia che, contemporaneamente, sarà disponibile un doppio album intitolato "Unfaithful music & soundtrack album", concepito per essere l'ideale colonna sonora della lettura: il disco contiene 38 brani selezionati dal repertorio di Costello, che hanno un valore particolare nell'economia della storia raccontata nel libro. Nella scaletta sono comprese alcune rarità e ben due inediti: "April 5th" (incisa insieme a Rosanne Cash e Kris Kristofferson) e "I can't turn it off" (risalente al 1975, due anni prima del debutto ufficiale con "My aim is true").
