"Let England shake" è il primo disco di PJ Harvey da "White chalk" del 2007: l'artista inglese, nel frattempo ha solo pubblicato un altro album con John Parish. Anticipato da diversi video in rete, "Let England shake" è un disco a tema sulla propra patria e sulla guerra, prodotto assieme a Flood, John Parish e Mick Harvey.
