"Works Live" di Emerson, Lake & Palmer, registrato durante il tour "Works" del 1977, viene ripubblicato come album a sé stante per la prima volta in quasi trenta anni. Il disco, in uscita il prossimo 31 luglio per BMG, cattura la band al culmine della sua creatività, mentre esegue brani tratti dal suo repertorio.
Il momento clou dell'album include brani tratti dal loro concerto del 26 agosto 1977 allo Stadio Olimpico di Montreal, in Canada, dove la band – Keith Emerson, Greg Lake e Carl Palmer – si esibì davanti a un pubblico di 78.000 persone, accompagnata da un'orchestra di 64 elementi.
