"Memoirs of an imperfect angel" è il nuovo, album di Mariah-Carey: arriva ad un anno e mezzo da “E=Mc2”, ed era originariamente previsto per la fine di agosto, ma è stato rimandato diverse volte. Prodotto dalla stessa cantante assiema ad Antono “L.A.” Reid. Il disco è stato anticipato dal singolo "Obsessed”, e contiene, tra le altre cose, una cover di "I want to know what love is", cover di un brano dei Foreigner in origine apparso sul disco del 1984 "Agent provocateur”.
