I Klaxons sono un trio londinese formato da Jamie Reynolds (basso), Simon Taylor (chitarra) e James Righton (tastiere). “Myths of the near future” è il loro primo disco, un incontro tra indie-rock e sonorità elettroniche della scena rave (fine ’80 – primi ’90), con riferimenti al grande David Bowie, ma anche a gruppi più attuali come Bloc Party e The Rapture.
