I fans hanno scelto: 'cover' di Led Zeppelin e Smiths per Hootie & the Blowfish

05 ott 2000 - E’ terminato lo spoglio delle schede inviate dai fans del gruppo per decidere quali brani includere in "Scattered, smothered, and covered", disco di rarità e “b-sides” in uscita a fine ottobre. Ai dieci pezzi già scelti dalla band e dalla casa discografica, verranno aggiunte, come già annunciato da Rockol, 5 “cover” che sono state indicate tramite un sondaggio sul sito della birra Budweiser. Si tratta di “Let me be your man” (l’originale è di Kim Richey), “I go blind” (dei 54-40), “Almost home” (dei Reivers), “Hey hey what can I do” (dei Led Zeppelin), “Please, please, please let me get what I want” (degli Smiths).
