R.E.M., si ripubblica (con rarità) 'Fables of the reconstruction'

19 mag 2010 - I R.E.M. hanno deciso di ripubblicare, ovviamente con aggiunte, "Fables of the reconstruction", il loro terzo lavoro di studio. Per festeggiare i 25 anni dell'uscita dell'album, che arrivò nei negozi nel giugno 1985, a metà del prossimo luglio sarà in commercio "Fables of the reconstruction (25th anniversary edition)". La riedizione, che ovviamente giunge in versione rimasterizzata, include un disco aggiuntivo con 14 brani che è stato battezzato "The Athens demos" e contiene le prime versioni di vari brani più l'inedito "Throw those trolls away". "Fables" arriva nelle versioni doppio CD, vinile (sarà interessante vedere se il lato B, anzi la "Another side", sarà ancora intitolata, come nel 1985, "Reconstruction of the fables") e download.
